All ready to send items are shipped within 4 working days. Working days are classified as Monday through Friday.

The standard shipping time frame is 8-18 working days.

All orders are shipped via Tracked International, Priority post service.

We can also post via special courier services, such as DHL (Shipping price would be €45-€90 depending on size and weight). Please contact us on virgilijak7@gmail.com if you wish to use a special courier service.

You will receive an email with your order`s tracking number once your order has shipped. This email is sent to the email associated with your Paypal account in which you used to make your purchase. 

Wirginta Creations is not responsible for any delays on a shipment once the parcel leaves origin country.

 

Refund Policy:

We value our customers' satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Should you need to make a return or exchange, please review the following guidelines:

Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept returns and exchanges within the specified timeframe. To initiate the process, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. The items must then be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations: Please note that we do not accept cancellations. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will be glad to assist you.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of certain items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless they are damaged or defective. Custom or personalised orders fall into this category.

Conditions of Return: Buyers are responsible for covering the postage costs associated with the return. To ensure a successful return, please pack the item carefully in a box and select a tracked shipping option. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value. Please note that we only provide a full refund for the product itself; shipping charges are not covered by Wirginta Creations.
